The first nptool coding week was held at LPC Caen on January 26th-30th 2026. With colleagues from Tokyo Science, TU Darmstadt, IJCLab, GANIL and LPC Caen joining effort to advance nptool v4 plugin developments. We made progress on :
- PFAD analysis & simulation
- Strasse simulation
- Hypatia simulation
- Neolith simulation
In addition several key issues in nptool v4 were solved, and a new detector template released along with its documentation!
